My top tips for the best result
- Pecans are sometimes sold as either "pecan halves" or "pecan pieces" - the same weight in either of these will work, you will just have smaller bits of pecans if you go with the pieces option.
- Full disclosure - these cinnamon pecans are going to stick to the parchment paper a little bit. I don't recommend using foil.
Storage
Store these cinnamon sugar pecans at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
Suitable for freezing.
Variations
Change up these cinnamon pecans by adding some of your other favourite Christmas spices to the cinnamon sugar mixture.
