    If you are a Caramilk fan *hand goes up* then this recipe is going to satisfy that craving big-time. The Caramilk flavour doesn't just stop at the chocolate, I have also mixed in chopped Caramilk Oreos. Yes. Really.

    Each bite of this no-bake Caramilk rocky road is all things soft, crunchy, and caramel-y with some roasted peanuts thrown in for a little savoury taste balance. So. Good.

    Ingredients

    • 360 g Caramilk chocolate broken into squares
    • 136 g Caramilk Double Stuff Oreos roughly chopped
    • 140 g Maltesers chopped
    • 100 g white mini marshmallows
    • 110 g Jersey Caramels chopped
    • 50 g roasted peanuts (unsalted) chopped

    Instructions

    • Grease and line a 20cm (8") square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
    • Place Caramilk chocolate into a large microwave-safe bowl.
      360 g Caramilk chocolate
    • Heat in the microwave on 50% power in 30 second bursts (mixing between each burst) until smooth and melted.
    • Add chopped Oreos, Maltesers, marshmallows, Jerysey Caramels and peanuts.
      136 g Caramilk Double Stuff Oreos
      140 g Maltesers
      100 g white mini marshmallows
      110 g Jersey Caramels
      50 g roasted peanuts (unsalted)
    • Mix well to evenly distribute and coat well in melted chocolate.
    • Tip the mixture into the prepared tin and press down well to compact, and place in the fridge to set.

    Notes

    • Don't have a baking tin or pan the right size? Because it's no-bake, you aren't restricted to an oven-safe container. Food-safe plastic or Tupperware would be a perfect substitute. Don't forget to grease and line your chosen container for easy removal once the rocky road is set.
