Caramilk Slice is an easy and delicious treat to delight the Caramilk lover in your life!

My no-bake Caramilk slice recipe is made with a traditional sweetened condensed milk and crushed biscuit base, plus a chocolate layer on top - but both layers are also full of our star ingredient, Caramilk chocolate.

Square pieces of slice sitting on a wooden board.

I'm a big Caramilk fan myself - I love all things caramel and white chocolate so Caramilk was always going to be my kryptonite!

With a fudgy, chewy base, this no-bake slice recipe is a super easy dessert to whip up, just like my Nutella slice or Mars bar slice, plus they are popular with children and adults alike.

Great as lunchbox fillers for the kids or an afternoon treat for the grownups!

Top tips for the best result

    • Greasing and lining the tin is important so that you can get the slice out of the tin once it's set in the fridge.
    • Leave some overhang on the sides for extra grip when removing the slice.
    • Still won't come out of the tin? Sit the base of the tin in hot water for a second or two and it will slide right out.
    • I use a food processor to crush the biscuits into fine crumbs, but you could place them into a plastic bag and bash them with a rolling pin as well.
    • Once it is set, take the Caramilk slice out of the fridge 10 minutes prior to slicing.

    Storage

    • Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
    • Suitable to freeze.
