This is one for the little kids and big kids alike - Rice Bubble Slice with caramilk chocolate. It's a quick and easy no bake slice that will keep them all coming back for more!
It's as simple as melting some caramilk (caramelized white chocolate - supermarket fancy!) chocolate along with butter and condensed milk. Mix in rice bubbles and crushed biscuits. Top with more melted caramilk chocolate. Done. That's It.
I have to admit to a little bit of a love hate relationship with caramilk. It's one of those indulgent treats that calls to me from the cupboard...
Anything caramel is my sweet tooth cryptonite!

Top tips
- If you don't have a baking tin/pan the right size - no worries! A bit bigger is fine, the bars will just be a little thinner. Don't rule out things like Tupperware/plastic ware for setting your slice in either - because it's no bake the usual rules don't apply!
- When melting your chocolate in the microwave, always stir it every 30 seconds (it tends to hold it's shape as it heats - it can be deceptive!) with a clean metal spoon. These tips help stop your chocolate from seizing as you melt it.
- We are adding vegetable oil to the chocolate for the topping to make it easier to cut without cracking. You could substitute coconut oil for the vegetable oil or leave it out altogether if you like.

Notes
- If you don't have a baking tin/pan the right size - no worries! A bit bigger is fine, the bars will just be a little thinner. Don't rule out things like Tupperware/plastic ware for setting your slice in either - because it's no bake the usual rules don't apply!

- I also find when melting chocolate in the microwave that "less is more". If some of the chocolate hasn't quite melted, once you give it a bit more of a stir it tends to melt in.
- We are adding vegetable oil to the chocolate for the topping to make it easier to cut. You could substitute coconut oil for the vegetable oil or leave it out altogether if you like.
The kids loved this. Thanks.
That's great Donna!
