Check out my new favourite cocktail - meet the Gin and Pineapple Juice Cocktail. Fresh, summery flavours of pineapple and lime juice with a coconut rum twist then topped off with tonic. It's like a tropical beach scene in a glass!
This recipe is basically a pineapple gin and tonic, but I have also added Malibu (coconut rum) because I just love the combination of pineapple and coconut. So drinkin' good!

Mmmmm yummy. Was put off gin years ago, then received a bottle as a gift. So I needed a cocktail recipe, and yours…. perfect! Yummy, and now I’m in love with Gin all over again!
So, thank you very much.
