Truffle Aioli is what has been missing from your mayonnaise game. Seriously, after you try this truffle aioli you will be using it on everything!
AND it sounds tricky but it's actually really simple! We are just going to combine store bought mayonnaise with truffle oil, along with some garlic and lemon.
Then you will have a gorgeous, creamy, truffled mayo that you can dip, drizzle or spread on to just about anything. Fries and chips, sandwiches, burgers...you name it!
I know truffles are a luxury item and usually expensive, but these days supermarkets stock products with truffles in the ingredients at really accessible prices.
You don't need to go out and buy truffles themselves to get your posh hit of truffle - our local supermarket sells truffle oil and truffle cheese to name a few.
Super easy, fancy food on the cheap. A great way to satisfy my case of champagne taste on a beer budget!
