    Homemade Sriracha Aioli is a quick, easy and tasty homemade sauce.

    Delicious sriracha aioli sauce is easy to make yourself at home, and much cheaper than purchasing it!

    The taste of my homemade version is much fresher, and you can dial up or down the sauce’s spiciness level to your liking.

    You can also use this garlicky sriracha mayo to add lots of extra flavour to your favorite dishes, like chicken, seafood, potatoes, and veggies.

    • mayonnaise - I use store bought but you could make your own from scratch if you like!
    • garlic powder
    • freshly squeezed lime juice or lemon juice

    How to make sriracha aioli

    1. Combine garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of lime juice (or lemon) in a small bowl and mix to combine.
    2. Mix in sriracha sauce and mayonnaise, then add more lemon juice to taste and keep it in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

    Variations

    • For a stronger, sharper garlic taste use finely crushed or minced fresh garlic instead of garlic powder.

    Sriracha Aioli is a quick and tasty homemade condiment for fish tacos, steaks or burgers. Also an awesome spicy dipping sauce for french fries.

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoon sriracha
    • 1 cup mayonnaise
    • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
    • juice of a lime (or lemon) to taste

    Instructions

    • Combine garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of lime juice in a small bowl and mix to "wet" the garlic powder.
      ½ teaspoon garlic powder
      juice of a lime (or lemon)
    • Add in sriracha sauce and mayonnaise and mix well to combine, then continue to add lime juice to taste.
      2 tablespoon sriracha
      1 cup mayonnaise
      juice of a lime (or lemon)
    • Keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container until you are ready to serve.
