This recipe for Shawarma Sauce is the perfect partner for any kind of shawarma dish.

Shawarma on it's own is delicious, but this creamy, garlicky shawarma sauce makes it even better!

Shawarma is a Middle Eastern dish of seasoned meat cooked on a rotating vertical rotisserie which is sliced off as it cooks (my favourite is chicken).

It's packed with plenty of spices, so this greek yogurt based sauce makes a great accompaniment.

This is one of the quickest and easiest sauces you can make, and best of all it's super versatile.

Spread it on pita bread wraps or sandwiches. Use it as a dipping sauce on a mezze platter.
