    This creamy, zesty Horseradish Mayo recipe will be your new favourite condiment for all things beef.

    Using store-bought mayonnaise, prepared horseradish, plus a handful of other ingredients, this horseradish mayo is an easy way to add a little extra punch of flavour.

    1. Combine the lemon juice and garlic powder.
    2. Add remaining ingredients and mix to combine.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cup mayonnaise I used store-bought
    • 1-2 tablespoon prepared horseradish cream
    • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
    • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives + extra for garnish
    • ¼ teaspoon fresh back pepper + extra for garnish
    • fine cooking salt to taste

    Instructions

    • In a small bowl combine lemon juice and garlic powder.
      1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
      ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
    • Mix to allow the garlic powder to rehydrate a little.
    • Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine, adjusting the amount of horseradish (if needed) and adding salt to taste.
      ½ cup mayonnaise
      1-2 tablespoon prepared horseradish cream
      1 teaspoon finely chopped chives
      ¼ teaspoon fresh back pepper
      fine cooking salt
    • Garnish with extra chives and black pepper.
