By adding shredded chicken to a classic Caesar salad mix and then wrapping it in a soft tortilla, you get a yummy meal with that traditional chicken Caesar salad taste that can also be eaten on the go.

Chicken caesar salad wrapped in tortillas on a wooden board with lettuce.

With the tortilla replacing the usual croutons in this chicken Caesar wrap recipe, there is also no need to get out a skillet or turn on the oven to make croutons.

Top tips for the best result

    • Slice the chicken Caesar salad wraps in half for serving if you like.
    • You can also roll the finished wraps in parchment paper, twist the ends and then slice them in half (through the paper).

    Storage

These chicken wraps can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

    Optional additions

    • sliced avocado (my favourite!)
    • seeded and diced tomato (remove the seeds so they don't make your wrap soggy)
