Add salad ingredients to a large bowl and mix well to combine.
2 cups shredded chicken, 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce, ½ cup Caesar dressing, 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, ¼ cup chopped bacon (optional)
Lay the tortillas on a flat surface and divide the salad evenly between the tortillas.

To wrap - fold in the sides, then fold the bottom of the tortilla up and over the salad, then continue to roll tightly to enclose the filling (like a burrito).

The wraps can be sliced in half for serving.
Roll the finished wraps in parchment paper, twist the ends and then slice them in half (through the paper).
