Mint Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove core removed (see my notes) and crushed
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 cup Greek yogurt low-fat or full-fat
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves (loosely packed) finely chopped
- cooking salt to taste
- fresh black pepper to taste
