Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise I used store-bought
- 1-2 tablespoon prepared horseradish cream
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped chives + extra for garnish
- ¼ teaspoon fresh back pepper + extra for garnish
- fine cooking salt to taste

Instructions
- In a small bowl combine lemon juice and garlic powder.1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Mix to allow the garlic powder to rehydrate a little.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well to combine, adjusting the amount of horseradish (if needed) and adding salt to taste.½ cup mayonnaise1-2 tablespoon prepared horseradish cream1 teaspoon finely chopped chives¼ teaspoon fresh back pepperfine cooking salt
