Makes approximately ¼ cup.
I recommend using 2 teaspoons of this spice blend per 500g/approximately 1 lb of meat.
Mix well before using after storage.
If you are storing it for later use, place a small silica sachet in the jar (from a vitamin container, so it's food-safe) to absorb moisture and keep the mix dry.
Removing the sprinkle cap (if it's removable) from your spice jars makes measuring easier.
