Ingredients

  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 400 g white chocolate broken into squares
  • 150 g Biscoff spread I used smooth
  • 3 - 4 Biscoff cookies crumbled (optional - for decoration)

Instructions

  • Grease and line a 20 cm square baking tin with parchment paper (leaving extra overhang for easier removal) and set aside.
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate in a medium saucepan.
    395 g sweetened condensed milk, 400 g white chocolate
  • Stir on the stovetop over low heat until chocolate is melted, then add Biscoff and mix well to combine.
    150 g Biscoff spread
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
  • Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies over the top of the fudge (pressing down a little to help them stick) then place in the fridge to set for 1- 2 hours.
    3 - 4 Biscoff cookies
  • Remove the fudge from the tin then slice into pieces and serve.

Notes

  • You could use the microwave to melt the white chocolate and condensed milk if you prefer, I find the stovetop works better for me because the white chocolate is less likely to seize.
  • If you can't get the fudge out of the pan once it's set, dip the base of the pan in hot water for 1 - 2 seconds.
