Grease and line a 20 cm square baking tin with parchment paper (leaving extra overhang for easier removal) and set aside.
Combine sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate in a medium saucepan.
395 g sweetened condensed milk, 400 g white chocolate
Stir on the stovetop over low heat until chocolate is melted, then add Biscoff and mix well to combine.
150 g Biscoff spread
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin and smooth the top.
Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies over the top of the fudge (pressing down a little to help them stick) then place in the fridge to set for 1- 2 hours.
3 - 4 Biscoff cookies
Remove the fudge from the tin then slice into pieces and serve.

Notes
You could use the microwave to melt the white chocolate and condensed milk if you prefer, I find the stovetop works better for me because the white chocolate is less likely to seize.
If you can't get the fudge out of the pan once it's set, dip the base of the pan in hot water for 1 - 2 seconds.
