- 395 g sweetened condensed milk
- 360 g dark chocolate broken into squares
- 240 g milk chocolate broken into squares
- ⅓ cup Baileys Irish Cream liqueur
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Grease and line a 20 cm (8-inch) square baking tin with baking/parchment paper and set aside.
Place sweetened condensed milk and both types of chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl.
395 g sweetened condensed milk, 360 g dark chocolate, 240 g milk chocolate
Microwave in 30-second bursts (mixing between each) until melted (for me it takes 90 seconds). See my notes.
Stir in Baileys and vanilla (if using).
⅓ cup Baileys Irish Cream liqueur, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared tin, smooth the top using a silicone or rubber spatula, and then place in the fridge for 1- 2 hours to set.
Cut into portions.
- You can make this fudge on the stove-top using a saucepan and stirring over low heat until melted.
- If you would like to add decorations (like my photos) then sprinkle these on before the fudge goes into the fridge to set.
- If you are having trouble getting the fudge out of the pan, sit the base in hot water for a second and it will slide out.
