Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoons allspice
  • 3 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
    3 teaspoons allspice, 3 teaspoons ground coriander, 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • Place the spice mix in an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
