To a medium bowl, add the marinade ingredients and mix to combine.
2 tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 2 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves, ½ teaspoon salt
Add the lamb chops and turn to coat.
8 lamb cutlets (2 - 2½cm/¾ - 1" thick)
Add chops to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 200℃ for 6 minutes (see my notes), then flip them over and cook lamb chops for another 6 minutes or until cooked through (see my notes).
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

You can also use lamb loin chops or shoulder chops.
My cutlets were 2 - 2 ½ cm/¾ - 1" thick. Thinner cutlets or chops will need less cooking time.
The cooking time assumes that your air fryer does not need preheating.
How to tell if your lamb is done? The best way is with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature of cooked lamb needs to be at least 60°C (for rare). Medium doneness is between 65°C and 70°C. Remember to insert the tip of the thermometer into the centre of the thickest part of the meat for an accurate reading.
