- 125 g cream cheese room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150 g icing sugar/confectioners sugar as needed
- 2 - 3 tablespoon milk (I used whole milk) as needed
Add cream cheese to a bowl and beat until smooth with a hand mixer (or in the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment).
125 g cream cheese
Once smooth, add ⅔ of the icing sugar, vanilla, plus 1 tablespoon of the milk and mix again until smooth.
150 g icing sugar/confectioners sugar, 2 - 3 tablespoon milk (I used whole milk), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Adjust with extra icing sugar for more stiffness, or more milk to thin it out - until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
- For the best result drizzle this glaze over your baked goods once they have cooled.
- If you would like more of a thick cream cheese frosting this recipe is more suitable.
