Oreo Fudge (With Video)

Oreo Fudge is an easy, creamy 3 ingredient sweet treat the whole family will love. With condensed milk, white chocolate plus crushed Oreo cookies it's a fast microwave fudge recipe too.

Ingredients

  • 133 g Oreo cookies 1 pack
  • 395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 500 g white chocolate

Instructions

  • Grease and line a 20cm (8 inch) square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Roughly chop the Oreos and set aside.

  • Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a medium-sized microwave-safe bowl.
    395 g sweetened condensed milk
  • Break the white chocolate into squares then add to the bowl. Microwave in 30 second bursts (mixing between each burst) until melted and smooth.
    500 g white chocolate
  • Add the chopped Oreos to the white chocolate mixture (reserving some for decoration if you like) and stir to combine.
  • Pour fudge mixture into prepared pan and spread out evenly, sprinkling reserved chopped Oreo pieces over the top of the fudge (if using) and place in the fridge to set.
  • Once set, slice into pieces.

Notes

  • I chop the Oreos with a knife, but you could pop them into a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin if you like too. This way you will end up with smaller pieces of cookie throughout the fudge.
  • Even though we aren't baking this dessert, it's still best to grease the pan with butter and line it with parchment paper/baking paper. This will help you get the fudge out of the pan or baking dish once it's set.
  • Reserve some of the chopped Oreos to sprinkle over the top of the fudge at the end if you like.
  • The size of the container you set the fudge in can vary from what I have used, you will just have a thicker or thinner layer of fudge.
