Ingredients

  • 250 g plain sweet biscuits (cookies) I used Arnott's Marie
  • 250 g sweetened condensed milk Not the whole tin
  • 50 g Milo Plus extra for rolling

Instructions

  • Process biscuits in a food processor into fine crumbs.
250 g plain sweet biscuits (cookies)
  • Place sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and heat in the microwave on medium power for 1 minute.
    250 g sweetened condensed milk
  • Add the Milo and crushed biscuits to the sweetened condensed milk and mix to combine (the mixture will be sticky - you may need to use your hands).
    50 g Milo
  • Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball (see my notes), then roll it in the extra Milo to cover.
  • Repeat with the remaining mixture and place in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours to set.

Notes

  • Heating the condensed milk makes it easier to combine the mixture.
  • No food processor to crush the biscuits? Pop them into a sturdy plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
  • My ball-rolling technique is to squeeze each portion of the mixture in your hands 3 or 4 times; this compacts the mixture, then roll between your hands to make it into a rounder shape.
