Lamb Rub

My homemade lamb rub uses a mixture of pantry staple spices to enhance the taste of lamb dishes. It's easy, and best of all it only costs cents to make! Makes 3 tablespoons.

Ingredients

  • 3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • pinch of cardamom

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, sweet paprika, ground cloves, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of cardamom and salt.

  • Mix well to combine.
  • Store spice mix in an airtight container for later use if needed.
