Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise I used store bought
  • ½ tablespoon truffle oil (add more to taste) I used black truffle oil
  • 1 garlic clove finely crushed
  • teaspoon fresh lemon juice (to taste)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, truffle oil and garlic then mix well to incorporate.
1 cup mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon truffle oil (add more to taste), 1 garlic clove
  • Add lemon juice and salt and pepper, along with extra truffle oil as needed.
1½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice (to taste), salt and pepper to taste

Notes

  • Use any mayo that you like the taste of for this recipe.
  • With all things truffle, a little goes a long way. It might be expensive, but you don't need to use much, and different brands will vary in flavour. My suggestion is to start with ½ tablespoon of truffle oil to begin with, then work your way up. Like seasoning in general.
  • I highly recommend using fresh garlic and fresh lemon juice for this recipe.
