Easy Strawberry Colada With Malibu
Strawberry Colada - everything you love about Pina Coladas plus strawberries! Fast and easy using frozen fruit, this will be your new summer cocktail favourite.

250 g frozen strawberries 250 g frozen pineapple pieces/chunks 90 ml white rum I used Bicardi 30 ml coconut rum I used Malibu 200 ml coconut milk
Add the frozen strawberries and frozen pineapple pieces to a food processor.
250 g frozen strawberries, 250 g frozen pineapple pieces/chunks
Process until very finely chopped.
Add coconut milk along with the white rum and coconut rum then process until blended and serve.
90 ml white rum, 200 ml coconut milk, 30 ml coconut rum
My food processor is 1500 ml/6 cup capacity and fits the contents of this recipe to make two cocktails comfortably.
You might need to scrape down the sides of the processor a few times when you are chopping the frozen fruit.
