Easy Strawberry Colada With Malibu

Strawberry Colada - everything you love about Pina Coladas plus strawberries! Fast and easy using frozen fruit, this will be your new summer cocktail favourite.

Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen strawberries
  • 250 g frozen pineapple pieces/chunks
  • 90 ml white rum I used Bicardi
  • 30 ml coconut rum I used Malibu
  • 200 ml coconut milk

Instructions

  • Add the frozen strawberries and frozen pineapple pieces to a food processor.
    250 g frozen strawberries, 250 g frozen pineapple pieces/chunks
  • Process until very finely chopped.
  • Add coconut milk along with the white rum and coconut rum then process until blended and serve.
    90 ml white rum, 200 ml coconut milk, 30 ml coconut rum

Notes

  • My food processor is 1500 ml/6 cup capacity and fits the contents of this recipe to make two cocktails comfortably.
  • You might need to scrape down the sides of the processor a few times when you are chopping the frozen fruit.
