Pesto Mayo
A fresh, creamy condiment that you will be putting on everything from burgers to sandwiches! Made with basil pesto and mayonnaise it's super quick to whip up too. Makes 1 cup.

1 cup mayo I used store-bought 3 tablespoon basil pesto see my notes 2-3 teaspoon fresh lemon juice to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and pesto until smooth and combined.
1 cup mayo, 3 tablespoon basil pesto
Gradually add fresh lemon juice to taste, mixing well to combine.
2-3 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
I like to use homemade basil pesto (it's easier to make than you think!) but store-bought will taste great too.
