My 2 ingredient fudge is a quick and easy way to solve those sweet treat cravings. All you need is sweetened condensed milk and chocolate to make this easy microwave fudge recipe.
Grease and line and baking pan/dish - mine is a 20cm square pan (8-inch) and set aside.
Place sweetened condensed milk and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
395 g sweetened condensed milk, 500 g chocolate (snapped into squares)
Melt in 30 second bursts, stirring between each burst.
Once chocolate is melted, mix to completely combine.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Place in the fridge to set for 2-3 hours.
Using a sharp knife, cut into pieces to serve.

Notes
Greasing and lining your baking dish/pan will make it easier to get the set fudge out of the pan. Make sure you leave some overhang on each side to use as handles.
I recommend lining with baking paper/parchment paper rather than foil, as the foil tends to tear easily when it comes time to turn the fudge out.
