Gochujang Mayo

Gochujang Mayo combines hot and spicy gochujang paste with kewpie mayonnaise to make a creamy and slightly sweet condiment with a kick of heat. Perfect for dipping all of your favourite finger foods.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon gochujang paste
  • 8 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • fresh lemon juice to taste

Instructions

  • Place the gochujang paste, kewpie mayo and sesame oil into a small bowl then mix to blend.

  • Add fresh lemon juice to taste.

Notes

  • Kewpie mayonnaise and gochujang paste can be found in most large supermarkets. In my local supermarket you can find them in the Asian foods section.
  • Make it look a bit fancy when you serve it by garnishing with some toasted sesame seeds or finely sliced green onions (scallions).
