Gochujang Mayo combines hot and spicy gochujang paste with kewpie mayonnaise to make a creamy and slightly sweet condiment with a kick of heat. Perfect for dipping all of your favourite finger foods.

2 tablespoon gochujang paste 8 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise ½ teaspoon sesame oil fresh lemon juice to taste
Place the gochujang paste, kewpie mayo and sesame oil into a small bowl then mix to blend.

Kewpie mayonnaise and gochujang paste can be found in most large supermarkets. In my local supermarket you can find them in the Asian foods section.
Make it look a bit fancy when you serve it by garnishing with some toasted sesame seeds or finely sliced green onions (scallions).
