Sriracha Aioli

Sriracha Aioli is a quick and tasty homemade condiment for fish tacos, steaks or burgers. Also an awesome spicy dipping sauce for french fries.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • juice of a lime (or lemon) to taste

Instructions

  • Combine garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of lime juice in a small bowl and mix to "wet" the garlic powder.
    ½ teaspoon garlic powder, juice of a lime (or lemon)
  • Add in sriracha sauce and mayonnaise and mix well to combine, then continue to add lime juice to taste.
    2 tablespoon sriracha, 1 cup mayonnaise, juice of a lime (or lemon)
  • Keep in the refrigerator in an airtight container until you are ready to serve.

Notes

  • This recipe is easy to adjust, depending on the level of spice you like. Want more heat? Add a touch more sriracha. Want it a little more mellow? Add a little more mayo.
  • When choosing a mayonnaise to make this recipe with, it's best to choose according to your taste preference because it's the main ingredient.
