Biscoff Blondies are dense, fudgy blondies packed with white chocolate chips and topped with a rich layer of lotus biscoff spread.

Melt some butter, then mix in white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.

Add eggs and mix.

Add plain (all purpose) flour and corn flour, mixing to combine.

Mix through white chocolate chips.

Pour batter into prepared pan and dollop biscoff on top.

Run the blade of a knife through the biscoff to swirl it into the batter then bake!
